After several years of simply going without my own homepage, I’ve decided that it’s time to launch a personal blog instead of going the stale, old route of a static homepage.
I run several web sites and make very bad attempts at making money online. I’ve had some success with content sites, but it has been very limited. I also enjoy spending time watching football on Saturdays (college is far superior to the NFL, in my opinion) and going out with friends on the weekend.
I currently live in Montgomery, Alabama after a 13 year stint in Dallas, Texas. I’ve been here since July of this year and have to admit that while I am settling in well, it’s taken a massive adjustment to get used to the differences between a city of 250,000 and a city of 6,000,000. I’m an account executive for a Fortune 100 company, but also am an aspiring internet entrepreneur (see the numerous web sites that haven’t exactly made me money).
When I’m not on the road selling or watching football, I’m usually out having a drink with some friends or running around downtown Montgomery (usually lost, which makes my runs much longer than they should be).
